Winning all around!

Congratuations to Purple Hug! She is the winner of a custom pair of birthstone earrings from my shop!

As for my shop, my promo contest increased my views by 32%. My earring views went up 116%!!! I also increased my "hearts" by 17%.

I made two sales during my promotion. I definitely think promos are worth it now!

Things have been awfully quiet here.

Introducing New Products into my Line!

I am soooo excited about this!

I have decided to start making some one-of-a-kind pieces (well even more OOAK than my customized family jewellery). I am planning to do some freeform pieces representing the months of the year.

Two are already up in my shop (June and August)....now to create more! I love working freeform. I find it a release at the end of the day to sit down with my wire, crystals, and beads, and let the wire take me where it will.

Marketing, marketing, marketing....

I have been working on my marketing today. I have e-mailed my contacts to let them know about my shop and home parties. I have also added my etsy shop to my signature in all my e-mails.

Now I'll have to come up with some more ideas!

Lots of Sun, but Little Sales

I sold enough at the flea market to cover my costs. I was hoping for a better day, but I did meet some interesting people and was able to get my name out there a little.

I am thinking the Craft Fairs is where my work will do best. For now I am going to focus my energies into scouting out more local craft markets and internet sales.

I feel great about my product, now I just have to find the right market. :) It's out there!

Getting There

I am starting to get a little of this blogging thing. (and I thought I was doing well navagating message boards.......time to get with the times!)

I'll be pretty busy today getting supplies ready to be at the Antrim Flea Market (in Antirm, Ontario) from 9 am to 4 pm tomorrow. I am hoping with this being a long weekend here in Canada, that it will generate some business, or at least promote my product a little locally.

I am excited to be adding my bracelets to my line this weekend! Hopefully all goes well!

I'm off to cut wire and count crystals! ......and drink some wine later tonight! Toodles!

Crap!

So I have no idea how to look at other people's blogs!! I'm stuck on my own little desert island here. Hopefully, someone finds me and I can start to figure this out! LOL
